Hi new user and uploaded the app for android. Though i can mark/log the trig point it keeps asking for me to set my username in preferences but there seems to be no way to do this! does not add picture I have uploaded. any help appreciated, thanks Jeff

If it's a Samsung phone, try holding down the bottom right hand button (the Back Button) for a few seconds till Preferences appear.

Great, thanks for letting me know.

Avid user of the app, but noticed that after my phone updated its software some features no longer work on it. For instance it doesnt show up my log despite it syncing with the database.

Anyone know if there is any plans to update the app? Samsung S8 running latest android update btw

Don't know for sure, but I think it's pretty unlikely tbh.

Does anybody know how to set the username/passowrd on a Cat S41? Holding down buttons as detailed above doesn't work

I don't know what Pixel 4 even means. But the standard reply to this question is:

Pixel 4 is a Phone. A Google Pixel 4...

...and unfortunately it doesn't have a Back Button. You just swipe left to go back. I've tried swipe left and hold.
