Is it possible to determine when the above Trig point was erected? It's on the Isle of Man and the number on the plate is 11214.

It was constructed on the 21st October 1966

Please could you tell me how you find that out? As I've read that trig points were constructed between April 18, 1936, and June 4, 1962, this is surprising.
