App won't sink after trying several times. Uninstalled the app, re-installed and it won't let me log in.

Log in bar (User bar) is dead. Unable to select to input anything

Hmmm, "ItWorksOnMyMachine™". So you're clicking on the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner of the screen, and it's not popping up a menu including a "Login" option?
