Identifying a trigplate/place

Dont play to hard as only pick them up as i find them.

In Appleby-in-westmorland, as in appleby were gypies go with the horse show.
Found a plate on main bridge same side as were the chippy is on for anyone who knows. But the numbers dont seem to show anything nor the data base as i know of. Have i found a missing on or old deleted one or somthing ?
Can added picture to prove.
Unless its not a trig plate at all but sure looks like one.

What you've found is an Ordnance Survey Flush Bracket. Strictly speaking, its a benchmark, not a trig station.
