According to @DeniseMc, as of the 10.2.24, this is "Sitting comfortably by entrance on plinth, rescued from ongoing building work and presumably awaiting relocation somewhere. Visible through security fence; new flats apparently a long way off occupancy." Hence, hopefully will be relocated

Post codes simply don't work in search. You are far better off searching by national grid reference (NGR)
