A belated reply...

I've not visited but, according to the logs on T:UK, there were two
trig pillars on Ben Klibreck.

One trig was https://trigpointing.uk/trig/1277 TP1277
and the other was https://trigpointing.uk/trig/9323 TP9323.

The visit logs are slightly muddled as regards distinguishing
between the two trigs but it seems that TP1277 (flush bracket S5491)
was the original and TP9323 (flush bracket 11394) was its replacement.

The original trig, dating from around 1951, was first logged in Jun 1978
at which point its toppled remains were to be found in the shelter cairn.

The replacement trig was reported to be in vgc in Jun 2014.
But by the next visit, in Jan 2015, it too was toppled,
possibly as the result of a lightning strike.

Subsequent visits confirmed that both pillars were toppled.

The T:UK photos certainly bear a resemblance to the query photo although
the shelter cairn has changed a little and I can't see any exactly matching
feature. But if the unknown photo can be dated to 2015 or later, then it
can't be Ben Klibreck.
