The Spring get together next year for trig bagging folk is planned for Scotland. The accommodation we are considering is at Comrie just west of Crieff. This has access to a reasonable mix of low-level trigs for non-hill-types as well as the Southern Highlands on the doorstep.
Regarding the accommodation, the smaller/more flexible accommodation at Comrie Croft is already full, but we have an opportunity to hire Combruith, for two nights, a really nice venue:
" It sleeps 46 people and is available to groups for exclusive use. You can read a bit more about it and see the floor plans here http://www.comriecroft.com/sleep/combruith.html.
Combruith has plenty indoor space - a huge (!) lounge, self catering kitchen and a games barn. It also has a courtyard with fire pit."
We've been offered this for a price of £16/person/night provided we can get 25 folk for the Fri and Sat nights. We're about ten short of that at present and will likely need to draft in a few hill baggers to make up the numbers - obviously plenty of room.
Anyone on this forum who is interested and able to commit to the Fri and Sat night, who hasn't already contacted me, please do so ASAP.
If you're not able to commit just yet, still let me know. However we need a decent nucleus of folk to be able to proceed with a booking, before someone else grabs the venue.
Regards - Rob

Below is a video recap now online featuring some of the happenings down in Dorset earlier this year. The Litton Cheney segment starts properly after 11:30 mins. I hope you enjoy and it doesn't drag on too much
