Is there a change log for the T:UK database?
I'm thinking of instances like Parsons Pulpit that used to be TP8431 but is now TP5320.
Not overly concerned with the relative merits for the changes, just which ones have been changed.

There is no change log to which we have access, but there are occasional admin notes on individual trigs which are not visible to users.
In the case in question, the likely sequence is that the pillar TP5320 was part of the original T:UK dataset, but that a site visit found the pillar destroyed and a SB in the general location which was added to T:UK as a 'user-added' station TP8431. Later, admins have noticed that the SB and pillar not only share identical coords, but are actually listed in OSGB36 as the same station by OS (SD96/13), so the two entries have rightly been merged.
