How do I now add a photo to a previous log and where do I locate my total list of Trigs logged.

To edit a log, first click on the log you want to edit (Hint: don't directly click on the trig name, user name and photo thumbnails, as those link elsewhere).
Then click "Edit Log". (This is also the screen where you can delete a log, if required).
Click "Add Photo", select a file, add a caption etc, then click "Upload". Repeat for each additional photo.
Photos are added as soon as you click "Upload" (there's no need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Update log" unless you also edited any of the log fields themselves).
If any of the uploaded photos are the wrong way up, or sideways, there are buttons on this screen that you can use to rotate them.
Recent logs, and summary tables of all logs, are shown on your profile page (click your username / avatar in the top right and select "Profile"). To get a full list of all logs, click "View all logs". (If you wish, you can filter this list by trigpoint type, search by proximity to a location such as a town or postcode, and various other features).
